A wonderful example of the numerous American sporting goods manufacturersselling snowshoes in the early 20th century. This set of snowshoes was madeby the Anderson and Sons in Cumberland Maine as seen by the wood burn stamped logo on the toe plate. We've seen and posted a lot of snowshoes over time, butwe haven't ever recorded having a pair from this maker!
